The Fish Crew Christmas 2025

Yesterday, I visited Fort Collins and stopped in at the best LFS in NoCo. Fish Crew at 1414 E Harmony Rd #1, Fort Collins, CO 80525 does not disappoint, even after multiple visits over the years. The display tanks in the entry area are as pretty as ever and I love the wall of plants along the front window by the check out desk. The giant ~2200g saltwater display in the center of the store has been cleaned up and looks almost new again. The plant selection is superb and something new is the expansion of the aquascaping area, complete with a design table. The aquariums along the outside wall are all well stocked and ready for the creative aquarist to find their next tank mate. And everything is decorated for Christmas!!

As you will see in the photos below Fish Crew takes the title of Best All Around LFS in Colorado. They have always been in the top tier, though they do have some competition. Going by aesthetics, healthy livestock, friendly, helpful service, wide selection, and affordable pricing there is no other LFS which has it all. About Fish may have the best selection, prices, and service, but they fall short on appearance, and ease of navigation. Not to mention they are Freshwater only now. The Fish Crew also has a better selection of parts and supplies, tanks, along with RO, and Saltwater. I love both these LFS’s and you’ll not go wrong with either of them. Get up to FoCo soon and check them out before they take down all those gorgeous decorations!
